The property has an area of 5,540 square meters. The nature of the land has been respected to the maximum, preserving a good number of the original holm oaks.
Following the orography of the land, a landscaping project has been developed, with an optimized drip irrigation system, in which different environments have been created with different types of vegetation.
The perimeter of the plot has been built looking for the maximum privacy of the house. The access to the different dependencies of the property has paths to walk along the main building.
